We cannot guarantee: The accuracy or completeness of any listing; That a listed provider is currently practising or accepting new patients; The quality, safety, or suitability of any listed provider or resource; That any listed provider holds current professional licences or insurance. Before engaging with any provider or resource listed on this site, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including verifying credentials and checking that a provider accepts your insurance or payment type. Tier 2: a paid listing with further increased visibility and a broader set of benefits. Tier 3: the highest paid tier, offering maximum visibility and the full suite of member benefits. The specific perks and features associated with each paid tier are described on the membership page at queerwellbeing.com. We reserve the right to update tier features and pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Billing and payment: Paid memberships are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select at the time of sign-up. Annual billing is paid in full at the start of each billing period. Monthly billing is charged on the same date each month. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for the billing cycle selected.

Managing your membership: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your account on queerwellbeing.com. Cancellations made before the end of a paid billing period will not be refunded for that period, but your listing will remain active until the period ends.

Free tier: The free tier is available at no cost and will remain so. A free listing gives providers and organisations a presence in the directory and access to the QueerWellbeing community. No payment details are required to create a free listing.
